Participation in the life of Queen of Peace Youth Ministry works to foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person; to draw young people to responsible mission and work of the faith community; and to empower young people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ in our world today.

Faith Formation classes (Whole Community Faith Formation) begin just after the start of each school year. Activities we Offer to our Youth

• Preparation for the Rites of Initiation for those teens seeking to enter the Catholic Church (between Sunday Masses)
• WCFF (Whole Community Faith Formation) between Sunday Masses
• Middle and High School Confirmation Program (between Sunday Masses)
• Mid High and High School Social Activities – open gym, movie nights, field trips, raft trips, ski trip, etc.
• High School Mini Retreats and Weekend Retreats
• Salem/Keizer Vicariate Events

CHAPERONES

The Mid High and High School youth participate in many events (movie nights, raft trips, ski trip, retreats onsite and away) that require a certain number of chaperones in order for them to take place. If you can volunteer, please contact Michelle. Events will be cancelled if chaperones are unavailable.
